By process of elimination really. Angel and Spike are two of my favourite characters, and I like Dru's ramblings. I liked Darla in AtS, but not really in Buffy.

It depends on the episode. Darla when she tried to kill Angel. Angel when he tried to kill Buffy. Spike when he tried to rape Buffy. Drusilla when she tried to destroy the world. In general I like them all.
