peeta dies but then finnick does CPR AND BRINGS HIM BACK TO LIFE I THINK PEETA DIES THOUGH I DUNNO WHO HAS READ THE WHOLE THING ?

I love Peeta and the I would love for Katniss to be with him even though she doesn't want children and she wants him to have children. I thought the dream she dreamt about Peeta's child being safe in a world not their own was really special. It really was so heartfelt. I want them together so badly!!

Poor Gale does not have a chance. Katniss has already spent too many hard an trying times with Peeta in the arena. Everything gets her closer and closer to Peeta and farther and farther away from Gale! But Katniss does love Gale, and he is taking care of her family, so maybe he has a chance. Ok, no he doesn't. A girl can only hope.

go gale!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i hope to see him a real lot more in book 3 (which i can't wait for) and peeta is annoying and i hope katniss doesnt choose him. her and gale were meannt for eachother!!!!!! i loved the kiss in the begining,,, and the middle. and also katnis says, "Gale is mine. I am his. Anything else is unthinkable." They are perfect for eachother!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GALE FOREVER! :-D

ok peeta rocks. and gale and katniss might have kissed like twice, but how many times hav peeta and katniss kissed, and slept in the same bed? and how many times has she KISSED PEETA BACK?

i really hate peeta. and she KISSED PEETA BECAUSE THE CAPITAL WAS WATCHING!!! i pick Gale because she has known him a really long time and he loves her amd wants to protect her. I really hope Peeta and Katniss will just end up friends! who knows maybe Peeta will go with another Everdeen-Prim! lol that would be funny!

I think i would pick gale. Technecally he wasn`t in the series a whole lot like peeta was but there was something I liked about him at the beginning of the book. The way katniss met Gale was as if they were meant for each other. They both lost their father in the mine, they both desperately wanted to protect the people they love, and they had each others back through out their lives. I`m not saying I hate Peeta or anything but I really think I`m a Gale fan. I wish we could learn more about him in the third book though. And funny, I think the way Suzanne Collins described Gale really made me think he`s a really hot guy. Over all, I hope Katniss ends up with Gale!!! Gale Lover!!! * i dont hate peeta so peeta lovers please dont hate me* One more thing, sometimes I think peeta is a bit too clingy. He acts too weak and harmless in the book. If Gale was in the games he would have acted or would be a lot tougher than peeta. I just wish Gale would have a chance with Katniss. Go Gale!!

I don't know how Gale can even compete with Peeta, the boy with the bread. Peeta gave her hope, he kept her alive in the Games, he loves her unconditionally. He literally will do anything for her. And now he's been taken by the Capital. I hope the next book will be her rescuing him and FINALLY admitting she loves him. And I really think she does. Sure, she loves Gale, but not like she loves Peeta. AND she kissed Peeta back, really kissed him, twice. She felt a stirring for him that she NEVER felt with Gale. She let Peeta into her bed, she has sought comfort in him and his strong arms and heart. I can't even explain how much I love Peeta, he can decorate a cake and kick your ass if he has to. And I think she will ultimately choose him. The only reason she "chose" Gale was because of what he represented. He meant a life away from the Capital and Peeta meant a life under the Capital's watch. I think the reason she’s resisting admitting she loves Peeta is because she was kind of forced into. She needed to pretend to to stay alive, but she’s truly seen him now, and there’s something very special underneath. And why would Suzanne Collins spend TWO books convencing us how wonderful Peeta is, just to have Katniss pick Gale? Peeta all the way!!!! I love Peeta and so does Katniss.

I love him if he waqs real than i wouyld go through hevean and hell to keep him alive just like kkattniss did in book two!!!!!!And the seen when they are keeping watch together should justifiy that she will pick peeta and the Pearl!!!!don't forget that. oh i love him,. i hope he liuves

I honestly cant decide. Theyre both awesome and she loves them both, only in different ways. I cant quite tell who will take her heart, but Im afraid Suzanne Collins will kill one of them off, which will break so many hearts. Who knows though, she is extremely imaginative and could come up with anything.

At the end of catching fire i think katniss will go after peeta no matter what and we will know about Gale a bit more during the journay to district 13 and people will adore her but the one think in her mind will be peeta (ofcourse!!)
Presedent snow would not kill peeta because he knows that peeta is his only weapon to find katniss and distroy her.
She probably will get a little bit morture and absorbes all the details that she has missed and she will make a decision towards the end of the book.
I hope the movie will turn out good as suzzane collins said we will see the movie as in audience, family, capitol and other peoples point of views. I do not know how the movie will be made but i really want all the scenes to be filmed especially the ones with gale( wooow :P)...

as you can read my comment, i am making a guess of what will happen in the 3rd book i have all ready read the books, im just guessin and i did not say katniss will choose peeta or gale i just said "i think in her mind will be peeta" and i totally agree with my comment if you have any furture requeries please do not hesitate :P

Peeta is way more compatible with Katniss. Besides, Gale doesn't seem to have any part of the actual rebellion. He could neevr really be there for Katniss.
