I want to make one note with Photoshop CS5 Portable te can't use Topaz Clean[that effect really used on tumblr].
Let's begin with the tutorial, first of all, te have to open a file with the dimension 800x100 : File/New and the what te have to set : link
Now choose some photos, te probably should resize them, I actually choose to put at their height...
