Come celebrate the 40th anniversary of the original Woodstock Musica Festival. These are not tribute bands but original bands that played Woodstock in 1969, getting together in their only Chicagoland appearance! They will play the same songs they performed at that monumental Musica festival 40 years ago. Jefferson Starship performs the Musica of Jefferson Airplane, blues-rock greats-Canned Heat, Big Brother and The Holding Company performing the Musica of Janis Joplin, Quicksilver Messenger Service, the Grateful Dead's keyboard player- Tom Constanten, and all hosted da Country Joe McDonald. Country Joe will play some of his original Woodstock songs too! A full 4 hours of live classic rock from the bands that were there. Original Woodstock film will be shown on a screen behind the live performers.
