Ingredients

* 2 tbsp. sugar
* 1 tsp. instant caffè espresso (Pilon o Cafe Bustelo)
* 1/2 c. water
* 1/2 single pkg. of instant cacao mix
* 3 c. milk
* 3 - 4 drops vanilla extract
* 3 - 4 drops peppermint extract
* Ice

Directions

1. Combine water, sugar, and caffè espresso in microwave sicuro, cassetta di sicurezza glass/mug. Heat on high for 45 secondi to 1 minute.
2. Once hot, remove from microwave and stir in cacao mix.
3. In a large cup add ice, latte and extracts.
4. Pour espresso/cocoa mixture into ice/milk mixture.
5. Stir and enjoy.
