When that business was finished her wrist was throbbing from her flesh as terrible pain shot up her left arm. She went back downstairs to see Severus pacing alone in the gathering room. He looked to see Lenzetta and slightly smiled.
“Hurts like hell don’t it? The mark I mean,” he detto as she entered.
“Yes…it burns actually…is that normal?” Lenzetta questioned. Snape nodded his head in reply to her question.
“You’ll find Bellatrix down the hall, first door on your right,” he detto as he pointed down a corridor. Lenzetta did as instructed and strolled of down the dark hallway. Bellatrix was standing outside of the room with her arms crossed and her wand in her hand.
“Ever heard of the Cruciatus curse?” she detto smirking evilly at Lenzetta.
“Yes,” Lenzetta replied. “My father spoke of it before to my mum.”
“Excellent, cause that will be today’s lesson.” Bellatrix took Lenzetta inside the room and shut the door. She then turned to Lenzetta and detto “If there is one thing about this spell, it’s that te must mean it. te have to want to cause pain with every fiber of your being, understand?”
Lenzetta nodded nervously. She slowly took out her wand and Bellatrix took out hers as well.
“Alright then, give me your best shot.” Bella detto preparing herself.
Lenzetta gripped her wand tightly in her hand and hesitated for a bit.
“Crucio!”
Bellatrix clutched her stomach. She hesitated before she spoke.
“Is that REALLY the best te can do? Cmon I wanna feel pain!” she yelled.
“Crucio!!” Lenzetta tried harder that time.
Bellatrix sighed deeply.
“Alright, alright, hold on,” she began straightening up and putting her hand back to her side. “You’re not truly meaning it. What are te thinking of?”
Lenzetta lowered her wand. “Muggles,” she said, “I’m thinking of Muggles.”
“I see,” Bellatrix nodded. “Muggles…they murdered your parents, am I correct?”
Lenzetta slowly shook her head. Bellatrix smirked.
“Aw poor shame,” she began in her baby mocking voice, “ your parents were probably expecting te to come save them weren’t they? te know, being as close to the fonte as te were…”
Lenzetta began to breathe heavily with anger as she glared at Bellatrix.
“I know if I had a child, I would want them to warn me of such danger…” Bellatrix detto angrily.
“We were all asleep! It was an accident! I-”
“Accident?! HA! Please those Muggles wanted your parents gone! They knew what they were doing!”
“Shut up…” Lenzetta detto under her breath.
Bellatrix began to cerchio Lenzetta.
“You naïve little brat!” Bella scolded, “You smelled the smoke but te were in dreamland thinking of how wonderful your life was!”
“Shut up!” Lenzetta scolded her voice shaking.
Bellatrix smirked again knowing she had Lenzetta right where she wanted her.
“Your room was protected and spared wasn’t it?!”
“That’s a lie!!” Lenzetta screamed furiously.
“No…no it’s true. te were spared while your poor mum and dad roasted upstairs in an inferno of incredible pain and horror!!!”
Lenzetta couldn’t handle Bellatrix’s cruel words. Anger built up inside her so much she felt like she could explode.
“CRUCIO!!!” she screamed, tears trickling down her cheeks. Bellatrix fell to the floor screaming in pain. Lenzetta too dropped to her knees, her body shaking and tears falling too the floor. All that could be heard in the room now was Lenzetta’s sobs and Bellatrix gasping from the pain. After a minuto o so Bellatrix finally got up and walked over to Lenzetta.
“The spell was good,” she whispered, “but you’re still weak.”
“I’m not weak!” Lenzetta replied still crying.
“Then prove it! The successivo time we meet I want to see a stronger attitude!” Bellatrix scolded stumbling out of the room. Snape was standing in the hallway and approached Bellatrix as she left the room.
“What happe-” Snape began before he was cut off da Bella.
“She’s weak,” she detto angrily glaring at Snape, “Her lesson with me is done for the day.” Bellatrix walked away down the hall, her dress swishing back and forth da her movement. Soon she could no longer be seen. Snape walked gingerly towards the room that Lenzetta had practiced with Bellatrix in. All that was visible in the room was Lenzetta on her hands and knees sobbing violently, so much that it seemed to hurt her. Though her could not see her face, for she faced away from him, he could tell she was badly scarred. He could see her tears drip to the floor like drops of rain.
“She needs time to collect herself,” Snape thought to himself. He gently shut the door and slowly walked down the hall shaking his head in shame of what Lenzetta had been going through. From that moment on Lenzetta realized that to be naive is to be a fool. She made a creed to herself that set her for life. The creed was that no good deed goes unpunished…
