Well you'd play whom te want to, just check both's personality and background in detail and then listen to your heart.

te have the voice it takes to play her, and I'm going to assume the recitazione skills. So unless te actually wanted to play Anna because she's your preferito character o something, why would something as simple as the color of your hair stop that? So what if you're a brunette; that's why we have wigs.

In the end the choice is yours of course, but if the only thing stopping te is the color of your hair then...
