So I wanted to rank my preferito animazione in the films, but I find it hard comparing hand-drawn and CGI since they're so different, so I just decided to make one for hand-drawn. I think all of the Disney films have amazing animazione and each film has a unique animazione that really makes the film special. So, let's get started!

9. Beauty and the Beast

WHAT?!?! Yes, Beauty and the Beast is last. It was really tough deciding between my ninth, eighth, and seventh place, but I ultimately went with BatB as last. Yes, some scenes are extremely beautiful (the ballroom scene), but the rest of the animazione is just average, with some parts being inconsistent and sloppy. Belle has the most inconsistent face between all the princesses, and I just don't find the animazione to special. I do Amore the use of colori in the opening sequence, and the ballroom scene is one of Disney's best, but ultimately it's my last.

8. Aladdin

My bottom three are all basically tied, and although I do feel that the good moments in Aladdin match up to the good moments in BatB, I actually like that the movie has a unique style to it. It's a bit cartoony, but it sticks true to itself the entire movie and actually looks pretty beautiful the entire time. There's nothing too spectacular about it, but there aren't any eye-sores either, so Aladdin stays at eighth.

7. The Little Mermaid

The animazione in this movie doesn't wow me. They had so much potential to this movie, and while underwater looks nice, it doesn't make me go "wow." Underwater is pretty dark, although it is very detailed. The way her hair was animated underwater is definitely a milestone, and something that must've took a long time to master. When it comes on land, it's just less detailed and still doesn't have a wow factor. While the animazione is still cartoony, it's less so than Aladdin, and "Part of Your World" really saves it from being last, due to the shadows on her face, the detail of the background, and the fluid animazione of her swimming around.

6. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

This is where the lista starts getting tough. I really Amore the animazione here, and the fact that it was made 75 years fa still boggles me, though I'm trying not to let age matter while making this list. I really Amore the look to the animation. It's simplistic yet detailed, and it has the look to it that makes it actually look like what the name of the animazione is "hand-drawn." The hand-drawn look to it makes the movie seem più authentic, and te can see the hard work put into it. Although, there are a lot of weird moments and inconsistencies, keeping it from entering the superiore, in alto 5.

5. Mulan

I really Amore the animazione in Mulan. Places five, four, and three on my lista are also basically tied. I Amore the water-color backgrounds they did. It really makes the characters pop on screen. The scene with the avalanche is absolutely stunning, as well as the scene in the city after Mulan defeats Shan-Yu. I don't really see any faults to the movie's animation; it looks fluid, little to no inconsistencies, and just all around nice animation. (Sorry that I don't have too much to say, to be honest I don't spend too much time paying attention to animazione in Film so it's a bit hard for me to describe it.)

4. The Princess and the Frog

This movie is beautiful. The colors, the details, it's all just very nice. Like Mulan, I see no inconsistencies, nice backgrounds, and beautiful colors. The one fault I find with it, is that at points it can get a bit cartoony, mainly Louis and a couple of the towns-people at the ball. Also, it doesn't have a "wow" moment that leaves a big impression on me. I Amore the bold choices they made in this movie though, like "Almost There" and "Friends on the Other Side." Both were unique styles that I hadn't seen before, and used really nice colors.

3. Cenerentola

Something about older animazione just looks so beautiful to me. It's not flashy, it's not the most detailed, but it just looks so, nice. I don't know what exactly the charm is to Cinderella, but one thing has to be the Dress Transformation Scene, which if te watch in slow-motion really is spectacular. The movie's animazione is very calming, consistent, and has nice little things that really make me Amore it. Another standout scene for me is "So This Is Love" because not only is it my all time preferito Disney Amore song, I also think the animazione is beautiful. I Amore how she touches the water and everything. Ugh, this movie is just so beautiful and I wish I could describe it better.

2. Pocahontas

Pocahontas is far and away the best animazione of the Disney Princess Renaissance movies. The colori used are so unique and breath-taking that it really leaves a lasting impression. the animazione is consistent, and there isn't one moment in the movie where I'm not wowed da the animation. I Amore the animazione used in "Colors of the Wind" and "Savages Part 2" since both use interesting colori and mostra interesting techniques. I really Amore the animazione of this movie, but it can't beat my number one.

1. Sleeping Beauty

SLEEPING BEAUTY! Could it be anything else? The animazione is Disney's best. Some call it inconsistent, drab, and dark, but I just can't see it. Yes there's an inconsistency with hair color and eye color, but really if te just look at the backgrounds, they're so beautiful. Especially in the forest scene, where the dancing is fluid, and it just has so much detail. The animazione in this movie really has a "wow" factor for me which I don't think any other movie has matched. I Amore the interesting animazione they did at the beginning on the giorno of Aurora's birth, and I just Amore every single moment of the animazione in this movie, and think that this movie has a level of detail that can never be matched.

So that's my list! Thanks for reading! I hope te all have a Merry Natale and a Happy New Year! It's been such a great anno with te guys and I'm looking inoltrare, avanti to several più to come. :)

The little Mermaid was released on November 17 1989 and is largely accredited with being the film that heralded the beginning of the Disney Renaissance. With the average production time of an animated Disney film being 6 years this film was developed in the height of the 80’s.

The assignment of designing the heroine Ariel was left to animator Glen Keane who would go on to animate other Disney characters such as the Beast, Aladdin and Tarzan. He wanted the heroine to be reminiscent of the traditional Disney Princesses while at the same time being relatable to the ‘modern...

Hello! I'm giving a very short tutorial on how to make an icona square (since I often saw many un-square icons). te don't need Photoshop o GIMP o heavy picture editors. Here I'm using link.

1. Click "Editor". Here you'll see a Photoshop-like layout.

2. Click "Open image from computer". Select your icona o any picture te want to make square.

3. Click on the "Crop" icona on the superiore, in alto left of the panel. Choose "output size" on the "Constraint" dropdown. Enter 200 x 200 o whatever square size te want.

4. Drag the topo, mouse over your picture. Hit Enter.

5. Don't forget to save your square picture!

"There's no one else in the castle for me to interact with... wait, what?"
The first time I saw Frozen, I felt as bad for Elsa and Anna as anyone. After all, their parents chose to keep Anna's erased memories of her sister's powers, separated them da moving Elsa out of Anna's room, reduced the staff and shut the gates so no one could learn about Elsa's powers, etc. The girls grew up in a dark, mostly empty castle. Elsa was kept isolated from everyone with only her parents to constantly coach her, and Anna was kept isolated without anyone at all.

Then their parents died, leaving them not knowing how to get on without them. Elsa was the heir but could not rule since...
