About Me: I Amore everything from Walt Disney animazione Studios, but the princesses have a special place in my heart. I also Amore Leggere and writing. I consider spending time with little kids a special joy and I like to quilt. I am in the honors o AP equivalent of everything that has an honors o AP equivalent (it’s not like there’s Honors lunch). And I’m sure you’ve noticed da now that I am addicted to parentheticals.

Addendums: Like the Genie said, “There are a few, uh, provisos. Ah, a couple of quid pro quo.” Except I’m not talking about wishes, I’m talking about what I consider canon.

I think the creators’ original vision and the final film are the two most important thing to consider when deciding what is and isn’t canon. So I only count the final film and the final script for the film as canon. Deleted scenes and songs are not a part of the final film, so they aren’t technically canon, but they can inform your interpretation of the final film.

Anything that was done da a different studio doesn’t count for me. Since Rapunzel - L'intreccio della torre Ever After is da the original studio, it counts. Disneytoon Studios sequels, TV shows, Disney princess merchandising movies, tie- in books, video games and all those things don’t count. I’m not saying that they aren’t great, but they are derivative works, not originals.
