" Punz, have you ever wondered why I don't cut your hair?"
Disney's "Tangled" was such a good movie that Rapunzel - L'intreccio della torre had great characters. Of course, my preferito was Rapunzel, but I also loved mother Gothel. It's weird that I don't like mother Gothel. Because I hated every bad guy except Audrey and Hades. Audrey and Hades had points that sounded similar and logical to me. For example, Audrey was stabbed in the back and Hades was wronged, and it was funny, so I loved them both.

I've watched Rapunzel - L'intreccio della torre about seven times, and it's only the seventh time I've come to Amore mother Gothel. After all, Gothel was separating Rapunzel from her family, using her, and raising Rapunzel as if she weren't a princess. But if Gothel hadn't done that, Rapunzel might never have met Flynn. Because dating a thief as a princess is totally Jasmine's story. Another reason I like Mother Gothel is that she's "mother" Gothel was nice to Rapunzel unlike the other villains, despite using her. And Gothel wasn't meant to hurt Rapunzel. Of course, Gothel only loved Rapunzel for her hair, but she didn't want to kill her like other villains. With this attitude, Gothel tells the bad guys that they can get what they want without killing o harming someone and they can be seen as "good" in the society. Towards the end, Gothel was mostrare her bad side and hurting Rapunzel and Flynn, but other than that, I liked her for recitazione like a good mother. Gothel had dato Rapunzel every opportunity but to get out of the tower, and I'd even say she was a good mother, apart from her constant yelling at Rapunzel.
So, do te like Gothel? If te like Gothel, why?

I want to make it clear- I Amore THE MOVIE ALADDIN, I Amore every character in it- except Aladdin. And finally, i'll tell te why.
I didn't really organize this well because I couldn't figure this out.

Main issues- Aladdin's sexist/classicism assumptions, and Jasmine's hypocrisy

Scenario: Aladdin sees gelsomino in the marketplace, falls for her, brings her back to his poor-boy hut, and together they have a cuore to cuore about how they feel trapped da their situations. Although gelsomino doesn't explicitly state that she is a princess, she does hint that it's not an enjoyable life. "Oh sure,...

 Accidental Discrimination?
Accidental Discrimination?
Okay, so the più I think about this, the più it starts to bother me. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't recall any Disney Princesses having green eyes. What's up with that?!

Snow White: brown
Cinderella: blue
Aurora: blue
Ariel: blue
Belle: brown
Jasmine: brown
Pocahontas: brown
Mulan: brown
I think Tiana's eyes are brown too.

Even the majority of Disney's other leading ladies don't have jade-coloured peepers. I'm pretty sure Tarzan's Jane has blue eyes, as does Giselle in Enchanted. So do Alice (in Wonderland) and Peter Pan's Wendy! I can't really tell what colour Megara's eyes are in Hercules (blue...

Please Note: This is a mature subject matter. If you're uncomfortable feel free not to read.

This is my first time Scrivere an articolo on fanpop as well as on the topic of Disney but I have in fact written comprehensive articoli about the place sexuality holds in American society so I at least can claim to know my facts fairly well. This is a break down on movie da movie basis exploring the sexual tones, o what I can pull since these are really films for kids, of not only the princess but also the prince as well as a few characters on the side. Let's go in chronological order!

Snow White and...

PrincessAyeka12 gave me the fabulous idea of coming up with what libri and authors each princess would like to read. We already know that Belle's a bookworm, but what would the other princesses spend hours flipping through, totally Lost to the outside world? I had a lot of fun with this article, since I Amore reading. I've read at least one book from most of these authors, although not all of them. All credit for this idea goes to PrincessAyeka12! All immagini made da me.

Snow White

I get the distinct feeling that Snow would just adore classic children's libri such as Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures...
