"No matter what happens to me, I'll always be with you, forever," says John Smith as he leaves his fiancee. He came from a prosperous family and she was from two long lines of royalty, but she has dato that up just for him. She is always welcomed in the castle, but she rather have the life with a experienced, yet young Captain. They make their own living. Unfortunately, John departures England and is to arrive in a whole new world, while leaving behind his fiancee, Aurora.

Aurora: I'll be thinking of te every secondo until we meet again.
They say goodbye.
John is on the Susan Constant.
Aurora waves goodbye, goes for her daily forest walk,
and that was it.

Thomas: Hi, I'm Thomas.
John: I'm John Smith.
Thomas: Captain John Smith! I've heard of some amazing stories about you.
________________

They arrive at the New World in a few months.

Their governor, Ratcliffe, orders Smith to cerca the terrains.
John: Yes, sir.

John climbs up the tallest, stablest albero near by.

A raccoon ruins the moment and exits John out of his thoughts. "Hey...you're a strange fellow," for he has never seen such a creature. He hands him a biscuit.

Behind the bushes, a young Native girl hides.
She likes what she's seeing.

_______________

(Back in the village...)
Nakoma: WHERE have te been, Pocahontas?
Pocahontas: I'm fine, I'm fine...
Nakoma: te shouldn't be running away like that.
Pocahontas: I'm sorry, ok?

Powhatan: My daughter!
Pocahontas: Father.
Powhatan: We have much to talk about.
_______________

Pocahontas: Kocoum?!
Powhatan: Yes.
Pocahontas: But...why?
Powhatan: (sigh) Pocahontas...

As the river cuts it's path
Though the river's proud and strong
He will choose the smoothest course

That's why river's live so long
They're steady...
As the steady beating drum

Powhatan: Think before te act.

(Pocahontas leaves the scene for più leisure time)
_______________

(Back in the camp...)
Thomas: Aurora, eh? I've heard she's just beautiful.
John: Yeah, she is. She loves dancing, but I'm not very light on my feet.
Well, I best be on my way.

John leaves again for exploring, he still hasn't seen a Native in sight, but that doesn't mean they're not out there.

_______________

(Waterfall)

Smith scoops water from the stream,
he notices that someone is spying on him,
as he looks into the reflection of the water in his hands.

Pocahontas, hiding behind a albero at a higher distance from the ground than Smith, climbs down to see what Smith is up to. She does a few ragno walks, and jumps from stone to stone through the stream.

Meanwhile, Smith is behind the waterfall. He loads his gun. He jumps out of the waterfall, onto the rock, and aims for Pocahontas.

Pocahontas is not fearful of the weapon. She stands still.

John Smith couldn't find it in his cuore to shoot her. Instead, he puts down the weapon, and offers to help Pocahontas out of there.

But Pocahontas dashes into the woods, escaping for Smith.

John: Wait!...Please.

Pocahontas heads straight to her canoe, but John reaches her. She domande to stay, but somewhere in her detto it was the right thing to stay. She steps out of the canoe. She's almost at John's height.

John: Who are you?

Pocahontas thinks for a moment. What was this stranger saying? What should I say?
This language was so strange to her. Listening to her heart, she felt the connection and answers, "Pocahontas."

_______________

Pocahontas becomes interested in the English language.

Pocahontas: How do te say the two different children?
John: Son and daughter.
Pocahontas: And the daughter, she is...
John: A girl.
Pocahontas: How would it be used in a sentence?
John: Alright. Hmm..."I have a girl back home."
Pocahontas: Oh! te are married?!
John: No, not yet.
Pocahontas: Oh. (smiles)
John: But I do know someone that I want to marry.
Pocahontas: Oh. And how would te call her? Your female married-to-be?
John: My fiancee.
She's back in England.
Pocahontas: England...is that your village?
John: Yes, it's a rather big village.
Pocahontas: And are te two going to be a happy couple?
John: Ha. I hope so.

It has been so long since I did an articolo on here and I felt like it's time to do something and be a part of the DP community.
Anyways, this lista might change after today so this would be a current list. So..don't be upset if your preferito movie is low.
I am also ranking them on animation, music and characters. So keep that in mind!~ (Also,no Frozen on this list. I haven't seen the movie yet.)

10) Beauty and the Beast.
Now,the movie wasn't too bad. It was just really really dull. The characters were meh and I just didn't see any development. The animazione wasn't all that bad but it could have...

Right now I'm doing a countdown for which Disney Princess is the best role model, and I've seen some people not think they're the best role models, and since personally I see them as the three best role models, I'd like to explain why I think so. Also, I wanted to right an articolo that was a bit più thought provoking other than another countdown and I was bored. I'll go through why each princess is a good role model individually, and at the end conclude what they all have in common, so let's get started! (I literally say "let's get started" o "without further ado" for every single one of...

PERSONALITY OF AURORA (1/3)

Sleeping Beauty is tied with Cenerentola for my secondo favourite princess movie (Snow White is first). Here is the personality of Aurora as how I see it when I watch Sleeping Beauty; mostly chronological.

1. Playful
2. Tender
3. Wondering
4. Fair
5. Rebellious

1 PLAYFUL

Contently doing chores, singing/humming to herself, Aurora smiles as she overhears her aunts:

Fauna:
Yes, but how are we going to get her out of the house?
Flora:
Oh, I’ll think of something.

Knowing that it’s her birthday, she puts them on the spot da playfully asking “Well,...

A common complaint against Ariel is how she changes herself o gives up her fins, family and world for a guy. This doesn't bother me too much since the film establishes that she desperately wanted legs and life on land even before she saw Eric. Just listen to "Part of That World."

That's not the focus of this articolo though. Another common criticism is how losing her voice and trying to woo Eric anyway sends a message to young girls that te don't need to have opinions o a personality to get a man. That all te need is a pretty face.

I have two rebuttals for this argument.

First, one does not...

Here's my review of Frozen which I saw last Friday online so of course the quality of the movie wasn't amazing, but it didn't stop me from watching it. This is actually my first review so commenti are appreciated. And don't worry those of te of te who haven't seen the movie yet, this review won't contain any spoilers

Story - 10/10

I had high hopes for the story to be good and it was really good. The Snow Queen was one of my preferito fairytales when I was a child and this movie was a great twist on the classic fairytale. The story is not very complex, but also not too obvious. Like many...

No, this is not another articolo in defense of the Classic Princesses (though the subject may be brought to atention and te may be annoyed). This a follow-up to my review of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. I decided that besides reviewing each Disney Princess movie, I'll also review the protagonist (a.k.a the princess herself). So, before I sposta into reviewing (and watching, not in that order) Cinderella, I'm doing this articolo reviewing Snow White, the character herself.

Diferent from what happens with my reviews of the movies, I won't give her a score for each section. I'll just, well,...

So, I just finished watching Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, because I plan in rewatching all Disney Princess Film in order. I'll also write a review for each after I watch it - except Frozen, maybe, since I already did, but I may write a comparision about what changed in my opinions.

I'll also try giving each part (plot, music, etc.) a score, but I warn te I can't be too harsh.

Without further ado, ladies and gentlemen, the fairest one of all: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

The Plot:

I see almost no problems with the plot. in addition to being concise, it's charming and captures...

 First Renaissance movie
First Renaissance movie
This is the fourth of a set of reviews and analyses that I will be doing on each Disney Princess movie. I will try to be as unbiased and analytical as possible. I watch the movie so that it is fresh in my mind, and review 10 categories: the princess, the prince, the couple, the villain, other characters, the plot, animation, songs, score, and mood. I then give each category a score out of 10, then the movie as a whole receives a total score out of 100. All categories contribute equally to the final score.
