The Little Mermaid is a 2023 live-action film that's a remake of 1989's Little Mermaid animated film. Live-action Disney remakes have gotten a lot of mixed reception. They tend to make lots of money, but they also tend to get mixed reviews. When it comes to the remakes, I've enjoyed a fair number of them. I didn't care for some of them, such as Aladdin, Lady and The Tramp and Mulan. However, there have been some remakes that I enjoyed, such as Cinderella, Dumbo and both Maleficent films. Also, the live-action Disney Alice in Wonderland films are two of my preferito films.

Mermaids are something...

The first Frozen film made such a big impact on me that I became very excited for a sequel. The sequel ended up coming out about six years after the first film. This was because the makers of Frozen planned on Frozen being a standalone story. However, after coming up with an idea that they thought was good enough, they decided to make a secondo film. I'm so glad that they made the decision to do that.

In the secondo film, Elsa has started hearing a mysterious voice. She attempts to find out where the voice is coming from. In the process of doing so, she gets into contact with the spirits of the...

Frozen is a Disney animated film that I kind of like. When I say kind of, what I actually mean is that I Amore it! It's a film that I've seen più times than anybody probably should. I used to watch this film più than once a week. It's a film that quickly grew quite the fanbase. I was certainly one of those fan that quickly got attached to the film.

Frozen centers around the bond between two princess sisters, who are named Anna and Elsa, that go on quite a unique adventure. Elsa was born with ice powers, but she's been ordered to keep that a secret. However, when Anna attempts to marry a prince...

The tenth Mary Sue test. This one is for Mulan, who's called a Mary Sue sometimes (mostly da people who are amaro about her popularity, but they kind of have a point, especially with how she's always portrayed as superior to all the other princesses).

Unique traits without contacts o hair dye- Nope, she has black hair and brown eyes, common Chinese features.
An odd name- No. Actually, I'm not sure, but I'll just assume 'Mulan' is a common Chinese name.
Looks constantly commentato on- No, at least not about how beautiful she is.
Always the hero- Definitely. It's kind of a dato considering her...

Mulan is considered a Disney princess and I find that ridiculous because if Mulan is a Disney princess why not Elsa and Anna? Mulan has the characteristics of a hero and a princess, but there is a reason that prevents her from being a princess.
Although she is Friends with an emperor, that does not make her a princess. Either she would be a royal da birth, o she would marry a prince and earn the titolo of princess. Being a hero doesn't make a princess, does it? This is really silly. There are a lot of other female characters at Disney who do great heroics, but they're not even one step closer to being princesses. What a great injustice. What a pity. While I Amore Mulan, Mulan is overrated.

I've always loved Rapunzel, she's number four on my preferito princess list. But some people don't agree with me so I'll explain that.

Why people dislike Rapunzel:

1- They see Rapunzel as someone who can do anything, they look for flaws
I cant believe! Why do people see Rapunzel as a completed character? Hobbies and resourcefulness don't make her a do-it-all. For example, I swim, write stories, play the piano, take Canto lessons, take a software course, but that doesn't mean I'm perfect o boring. On the contrary, it makes me an influential person and a colorful personality.

2- People hate Rapunzel's...

So...I begin this da saying that I am an adult fan of Ariel. Impacted da The Little Mermaid from the age of 9, I am an adult collector, and I currently have Ariel ALL OVER my adult bedroom.

I commend autore Liz Braswell on her "nods" to the elements found in the original 1989 film that is known world over. Some passages of the book she has written made sense to me, while other parts did not. *Eric getting a tattoo was not one of my stand-out preferito moments, and it jarred with all of the proceeding characterization dato to him da the author*

I suppose, for those who didn't Amore Ariel's original...

I haven't written an articolo for two days, let's say I couldn't finish it. Actually, I had an articolo for te that ranked princess hair from worst to best, but I thought te might not like it. So I have a better idea. This articolo is about changing the colori of Rapunzel and Ariel. Their hair, lips and eyes.

I actually Amore their color palettes/some of my preferito princesses/, and I'm Scrivere this articolo just for fun. Let's start with Rapunzel.

Naturally, Rapunzel has golden hair and green eyes. But now let's try Ariel's color palette. Let Rapunzel have red lipstick, red hair, and blue eyes....

I LITTERALLY just got done watching the movie, and I must say-I was pleasantly surprised. Disney really got creative with this one. I see it winning some Academy Awards successivo year. That was just a bit of what I thought all together. Now, let's get to the real deal.

The animation:

I like how they used what looked like some 2D animazione in the beginning and during some parts of the movie. It gives, not only me, but I'm sure a bunch of you, hope that 2D animazione isn't dead. I also liked how they all these arcobaleno like colori when the Draghi get resurrected. (Am I the only one who was obsessed with...
