I think she and Ariel have basically everything in common. Belle I think might clash a lot with Jasmine, and they'd probably look down on and be snooty to one another. Ariel and her would be like, besties.

UGH NO NOT ARIEL. I've never understood why people would think they'd be friends. I don't see how they're similar either, except the wanting freedom of choice aspect. Maybe Ariel would like Jasmine but I think Jas would find Ariel's bubbly personality irritating and only like her in small doses.
Jas would like someone a little more 'aggressive', like possibly Merida for example. They also share the 'not wanting to pushed into marriage' thing.

I don't think she'd be best friends with any of the DPs though, I think she'd get along best with Megara from Hercules.

Ariel is too energetic and immature, too wild.

Jasmine is more mature, is able to make pretty clear choices, and can fall in love with not the most prince like guy. So is Belle.

They wouldn't act snooty, but I'd think they'd be interested in the cross cultural thing, Belle and Jasmine's close. They'd build a strong relationship...
