Both are some of my favorite villains, but Lady Tremaine is my favorite Disney Princess Villain.

The Queen is one-dimensional, at least until she turns into the hag. I do like how she breaks the fourth wall, though. Lady Tremaine isn't the most intelligent villain, but she is one of the cruelest.
