These are the wtf moments in most of the movies. I roll my eyes every time I hear these.

I think the Moana scene`s point was to show us why Moana`s father was afraid of the sea. We have always said why was Triton afraid of humans (then they showed us on the third movie), and thats why they made the scene in Moana.

And about my pick, I think it was a terrible idea to hide Elsa from Anna, I mean, they are family, they should have secrets

Trition don't know Eric either, but that's not the point. He said that because Ariel falls in love and wants to be together with him, which was a stranger that she's hardly know about. He just said that she didn't know him and wondering why his daughter want to go out with stranger that they have no idea about.

I think Moana's flashback supposed to point out why her father told her to not going to the sea like Gitanita said, I think it's also a bit connected with Maui.

I think Merida completely deserves the treatment she gets.

I like Merida but that crossed a pretty serious moral line. You don't trick people with witch's spells, let alone your own mother. If she absolutely had to do this why not trick the, um, clan leaders who are the ones waging war?
