Al and jasmines was more of a just budding romance and cutesy kind of kiss while the belle and the beast's was passionate! I mean she had just found out a) he wasn't a beast anymore b) he wasn't dead and c) he had just found out she loved him too. In my opinion it's way WAY better then all the other disney kisses!
