Snow White acted exactly how women were expected to in her time. She takes on a maternal role for the little men who desperately need to be taken care of in terms of cooking and cleaning. She's wishing for love as though being with a man is the top priority for a young woman. She gets rescued and carried to his castle in a very traditional form of romance.

She purposefully goes out of her way to not be what society wants for her. She forces them to accept her for who she is at the end. The line where she tells Shang that he trusted Ping, so why is Mulan any different? It was just a great message for equality.

Mulan definitely. She wanted to be herself other than being someone that people required from her, she went against the prejudiced laws and went to war to fight for her country, obviously, she did it first and foremost to save her father but eventually when she had an option to leave she decided to still prove she was worthy of being a warrior and worked hard for that and by her own admission she did it for herself too, to prove something to herself. She made Shang trust her as both "Ping" and Mulan, she wanted to be treated like an equal and she achieved that by the end.

I personally think all the girls except Snow White are feminist friendly, to a more or lesser extent. Aurora was just an average girl, a bit naive and unexperienced because of her overprotective fairy aunts, but she wasn't anti-feminist at all, imo. Because some crazy bitch trying to kill you and succeeding in putting you into "coma" doesn't make you weak and spineless. It wasn't her fault. Snow's biggest anti-feminist act was her serving a bunch of men so they would keep her safe and let her stay with them.
