I was thinking Ariel, but maybe Pocahontas would be the skeptic that thinks the others are being stupid and she trys to "scare" them, but then it backfires and she dies instead.

^ Eh, I don't know. I can see Pocahontas as more of the "Half-Man" archetype in horror movies -- the one who's encountered the killer in the past and is scarred (in any way) as a result of it, and is a flawed mentor to the protagonist up until she/he dies later.

Honestly, I can see Snow White playing the pranks. She's definitely the relentlessly sweet/cheerful type (think Merry and Pippin in the movie version of LOTR).
