this song is about when te go throu something horrible and while te did, te fighted throu it, and that left te with horrible memories, and now that its over, te cant sposta on, because those memories still hurt te inside. And your stuck there in the night thinking about if te just would have givin up te wouldnt be here, and te wouldnt have 2 deal with all the pain. te just wanna breath and be free, and not have 2 worry anymore.
