The Lazarus Experiment and 42 because the middle part of series 3 was very forgettable

Can't really pick least favorites, they're all good in some way,

I applaud no1drwhofan for including classic episodes. I'm going to stick to new who because I just haven't seen enough classic who to judge which are the best and worst. However I have to mention "The Power of Kroll". One of the most terrible pieces of science fiction I have ever seen. Even Who creators admit its not their proudest episode.
