Does anyone know when Ed gets stabbed in the stomach?

I saw a gif of Ed, walking on the sidewalk, when a girl comes around the corner and stabs him in the stomach. I've looked everywhere for what this is from, but nothing to mostra for it.

Do te know what it is from? And OVA? A forgotten episode? WHAT?
