That was...until he saw Moira Kagamine (モイラ 鏡音), an 18 anno old and a manager of two high-end stores, with a lolita fashion style to boot.

Of course he wasn't completely head over heels for her (what kind of story would it make without semi-reality and filers :D), but she DEFINITELY caught his eye. At first, he thought nothing of it, but soon he saw her again , and again. She had taken notice as well, apparently, the reason why they saw each other so frequently was because some construction was being done near her home and she had to take an alternate route to work. She was well aware of who he was, she tried to avoid him due to his reputation, but she couldn't avoid him completely. Feeling ill informed about her (since she knew so much about him), he used his various skills to find out who she is (his thoughts: we're around each other so much, why not see what makes her tick? XD). He learned that she was exceedingly intelligent and had already graduated college, she dabbled in art, was mildly anti-social, and live right on the city limits of Ikebukuro. But the one thing he was most interested in was her pet peeve : Unwanted bodily contact (like an unexpected hug, ect.). The successivo morning, he waited outside the store she was working at for that day, waiting to pounce on her. He was so giddy to see her reaction. and as expected she left for her normal coffee break (being a creature of habit), and he took his chance and jumped her... Unfortunately, either he didn't take it seriously o it went unnoticed that she was an advanced black cintura in Karate and apparently had the nimbleness, speed and agility of a cat/ninja. And so his plan back fired, Eminsely. And she dubbed him as a class 1 stalker.
