It's not the last day; it's just the 100 most recente aggiornamenti (pages 1 - 5, with 20 to a page). Depending on how many club are in your lista and/or what aggiornamenti filter te use, that could be anything from the past three months to the last ten minutes.

In general, te get a lista that goes further back if te use the drop-down filter. For instance, te could sort da "Articles" and probably see a lot further back than, say, "Picks" (and certainly further back than "All updates").
