How do I change the related clubs?

I just made a club for the first time, and the related club at the bottom are actually not related at all. Can I fix this?

What te can do is change the parole chiavi and POSSIBLY generate different related clubs, but then te risk people not finding the club when they cerca relevant terms.
There is no way to pick and choose.
