Should too small wallpaper go to fanart instead of photos?

Currently, immagini uploaded as wallpaper which are too small for that category are automatically put into photos. Maybe it's just the style of wallpaper I prefer, but I'd consider wallpaper to be più of a form of fanart. What do te think?

The key is still most, bro. Anything can be a foto - lots of people put fanart there and it really doesn't matter. It's più broad than fanart, ya feel? Like the umbrella term. That's why it makes sense as a default.
