How does fanpop decide what's a superiore, in alto recente and all time superiore, in alto oro producer(s)?

Obviously, if an item has earned più oro than any other contribution te have, it goes to the superiore, in alto of your superiore, in alto oro producers list. If its tied, I guess the lista is random. The superiore, in alto recente lista is what's earned oro in the last giorno o so, while all time is for the last 6 months (that's as far back as the oro system can go).
