Forgot password use temporary password problem?

If te forgot your password, te don't remember it.On "Returning User" te go to "Forgot Your password o Username?" when te enter your account name o e-mail address it sends te new password on your email.It doesn't work there is no possible way to get your old password back if fanpop remembers it o te saved it in your saved passwords on Google Chrome account.
