Does anyone know why I can't change my notification bar color?

It has the option to buy it but nothing happens when I click it.

When did te first notice the problem? Also, have te tried PMing one of the F4 o contacting fanpop about it?

Try the "contact us" option then. I used it about a anno fa to segnala a glitch and it worked.
