It was probably reported as a duplicate, much like this domanda should be... If te made a club for something that already has a club here, then it will have been reported as a duplicate.
Alternatively, te may have made a club that was inappropriate for fanpop (ie because of sexual material, o it was abusive).
If te are still confused, share with us the name o subject of the club that te made and someone might know something about it.

well, there is not already a celebi club... and celebi is not inaproppriate...
If te create a club without adding any content within a certain amount of time afterwards, sometimes it gets deleted. If te did carica content after creating it try going to the club on your page and filter da number of members then go to the last page, it should be there.
