fanpop Article: Putting A Face To The Username's

Im on fanpop everyday now, (like loads of other user's....im addicted!) I feel i have made a load of new friends, some a lot younger than me, some my own age and some slightly older. I would really like it if we could all use our own pictures as our icon's for a week o so as i would Amore to put a face to all the username's. I know a lot of te do use your own picture so this is just for the people like me who don't.

While im here i would like to say a huge thank te to Dave, Papa, Micheal and Cliff for all your hard work and giving us an amazing website to visit everyday!

Will also thank all te user's.....Cressida, Kathiria, Megloveskyle, Harold, DrDevience, Benji and so many più of you! te guys rock and make fanpop such a good place to be! :)

harold I agree - it's a nice idea. But of course that's easy for me to say, since each of my profile pictures have always been me. But I also agree with knifewrench that we should use the fanpop users spot to post our pictures - or at least our old ones. For you, ali22, I've been kicking myself that I hadn't saved any of your previous pictures to post there (tinkerbell and the rest - you've been changing them frequently enough that I've lost track of them all). I really think that having our past pictures available somewhere on the site helps to maintain continuity for users like me who are very visual.

ali22 Yeah, thats a good idea and i will post my icon there too, (and a picture when i find a decent one!) Hopefully more people will agree then we can set a date! :)

tvman I don't agree. I have given enough information on the site so that people will know me, but not actually know me (like, not know where I live) If I put my picture up people will know what I look like, and to me that just feels like a wanted poster. I don't want that kind of exposer, because if somebody recognised me on here and followed me home with bad intentions, that would not be good.

ali22 Thats cool tvman.....i didnt mean for anyone to feel uncomfortable. I suppose im just a nosey kinda person and would just like to put a face to all of the usernames. Im not gonna start stalking anyone! Lol :D

Temptasia Hey if you want to post your icons you could do it on the user icon spot as well, that is a good place to keep track of them!

PkmnTrainerJ Mine has been me, since I changed from my original, but now I have no beard, as I shaved in order to style my beard much better, so I shall have a new picture soon. :)

benji Personally I don't see the need to change user pictures so often anyway, I like identifying people by their icon, but everyone has been changing lately, so as a protest I'm sticking with this until I feel appropriate :P

TweenaCat I have a proper picture now but I felt uncertain about it for a while. I mean for a start I don't know who goes on here- not that I'm suggesting we're not all perfectly reasonable people, but I wouldn't want everyone I know to see exactly what I've been saying on here. I wouldn't want anyonre to feel pressurised into doing it if they didn't want. It's a cool idea though.

ali22 I know where your coming from TweenaCat. I dont think we'll need the self-pic week as there is so many pics being posted on the fanpop users spot. Thanx everyone :)

I was going through the Pirates of the Caribbean spot and getting bored answering the same pick over and over again- Who is better, Jack o Will? when I knew this articolo HAD to be written.

Okay, we are all aware of the growing disease of "Who is better" picks on the most popolare spots, o as they now call them "clubs". Those of us that know that fanpop deserves better than a continuous slew of picks over the best of something are the ones that will help me out in finding a cure for the menace.

OK, I think DrSpud's fanpop Review articolo is contagious XD Anyway, lets get with the article.

Like most other users I believe, it was confusing and takes quite some time to be active on Fanpop, but as soon as I clicked the fanpop link, I felt hope and I was hoping that fanpop would be the right place for me. Besides, fanpop really IS the only social networking I have an account on and I must say i'm really addicted and i'm pretty sure most other Fanpoppers/pettes too! When I did, I was like 'Once te get on Fanpop, you'll never get off' and BAM the successivo thing te know, it came true!

Hello Friends.
I am not good at making articoli this is some kind of forum and I want te all to unisciti in to get a chatbar back.
fanpop without chatbar seems useless
It feels like nobody is online and I am lonely surfing around ._. This feeling sucks :/
