I don't really feel the need to, usually it's just a spelling/grammar mistake or something.

I don't edit my comment in any other case than just if it's a small spelling mistake. If I want to change my opinion ar add something to the thought, I'll write a new comment insted.

I don't see a point in doing so. I mean unless somebody asks, I don't know why anyone would be interested in a explanation and usually I just delete and write a new comment, anyway. :)

If I'm just fixing a typo, then no. But if I choose to add another paragraph to a comment, then I'll begin it with "EDIT:" before going on to typing it out.

^^ That's how I do it as well. For typo's I don't. But for adding paragraphs I begin with 'EDIT'.

I normally only edit to correct spelling or grammatical mistakes, or if I've stupidly pressed the Submit button in the middle of a sentence. If I've changed my mind or thought of something additional to say, I'm more likely to add a second comment.

Oml I hate when I accidentally hit submit mid sentence. >.>
