Sephiroth never took Cloud seriously, George made him sound confident and not scared
Tyler makes Sephiroth sound scary and his voice gets lighter. People are saying he was mocking Cloud's mom or Zack. Nope that's just bad voice acting.

You can say George makes Sephiroth sound monotone and Generic all the time. Unless you played ff7 you'd know why. The war, trauma, and stuff like that. Will make you traumatized. I don't blame Sephiroth for not showing much emotions. Also when Sephiroth fought Genesis and Angeal he has emotions
