Probably the main conflict is not about the Snow Queen...

They both draw my attention.

I prefer 'The Snow Queen' as a title BUT as the film is inspired by the Hans Christian Andersen tale rather than based strictly on it, calling the movie by the original title could lead to disappointment for those expecting the original story. I don't like 'Frozen' as a title, surely they could have thought of something better.

Seems sexist to keep changing the titles. Princess and the Frog did fine- they are using that as a stupid cop out and we can see right through it. Tangled, Brave, Frozen, PATHETIC! Respect the title at least even if you make it your own, thats what Disney has been doing for Decades. Boys cant be that shallow, boys survived the 90's titles, what the hell happened??

At first I also prefer The Snow Queen, but now I'm starting to like Frozen. I agree with 3xZ, the main conflict is not just Elsa aka The Snow Queen, it's also about her relationship to Anna.

I do like the Title, The Snow Queen but Frozen is the Disney version of the original Snow Queen fairy tail so I think it would be best calling it a different name. Also, isnt all about Elsa.

Frozen fits the story better. It's not all about the Snow Queen. Sure she's one of the main characters but it's not all about her.

I prefer the original title, but since the movie is only very loosely based on the fairy tale, it makes sense to change it, otherwise people might go into it thinking it's going to be a close adaptation, which it is not.

Snow Queen is the title of the story by Hans Christen Anderson, but Frozen gives a little more Disney Princess feel to it. Also, with so much success with Tangled, a one word title, I think Frozen was a good choice to keep that success going.

Frozen because the original story is dark and cold.

I like Frozen better. Even though it might be plane and all but it makes the story sound epic and adventurous, and less royalty stuffiness stuff :)

I don't know exactly why but I find "The Snow Queen" a little too original and a little too long title for a Disney movie. I mean we have "Cinderella", "Tangled", "Brave", "Up", "Aladdin" and... You get the point, right! :)

Snow Queen kinda gives the movie away it's like "Snow Queen" and your like oh it's about a snow queen and there was a movie like that a few years back so maybe it's just animated or something and it's basically about the snow queen. But with the title frozen you kind of get the idea that something or someone is frozen and since when this movie came out it was almost winter you could also think about winter and it's funny that a winter movie came out before winter.

Definitely better and more original! Also the Snow Queen title makes it all about Elsa and the movie happens to be about Anna too so the Frozen title is more fitting!

The movie isn't all about Elsa, and "Frozen" gives the movie a more mysterious theme. If it was called "The Snow Queen" we'd all probably guess it has to do with someone who has snow/ice powers. Frozen is more creative IMO! :)

Frozen is so orignal! The Snow Queen is already made up.

The Snow Queen just seems like a boring title, to be perfectly honest. I think Frozen suits it far more.

I just don't think it should be called the Snow Queen. The reason why is because the story is way different. At least to me it is.
