So here's what te missed on Glee:
Schuester decided to restart the old Glee club at McKinley High. At first, few joined, but after some time, it had enough members to enter choir competitions. Members ranged from people just wanting to be seen, to others who wanted to be famous actors. The Glee club (Which was named "New Directions") was far from popolare at the school. Every member had their share of bullying and slushies to the face. New Directions enter Sectionals but end up losing after Rachel sings "Don't Rain on my Parade" and the group performed "Somebody to Love."
After Sectionals, season 1 ends soon after. In the first season, there were also Madonna and Lady Gaga themed episodes.
Season 2 begins with New Directions searching for new members in an attempt to have a better chance at winning. They end up recruiting Sam Evans and Lauren Zizes. This anno at Sectionals, they have to compete against new competition. Including the Dalton Academy Warblers who perform "Hey Soul Sister." New Directions (Who sang "Time of my Life" and "Valerie") tie with the Warblers, they would later face off again in Regionals.
A little after, Kurt's dad (Burt) and Finn's mom (Carole) get married, and the Glee club performs at the wedding. However, Kurt was still getting harassed for being gay, eventually it becomes too much. He transfers to Dalton Academy where he's greeted da Blaine (Who's also gay) and the Warblers, who welcome Kurt with a performance of "Teenage Dream." Even though he liked Dalton, Kurt missed his Friends at McKinley and eventually transferred back in the episode "Born This Way", in which the Warblers sang an emotional rendition of "Somewhere Only We Know"
And that's what te missed, on Glee!
