When did them two decide to start dating? Help plz I Amore seeing them two

Big fan of leverage saw. The 1st two seasons then been caught up to cont. With the mostra thn I started watching in the middle of season 4. I decided to start all over going back to season 1 cuz I Amore the show,miss almost all the episode of season 3 and was really interested with Hardison and Parker relationship and I caught up but maybe I miss an episode. Is there an episode where them two talk about it for a few mins o sumthin. I know in the episodes girls/boys night out they are "together" but I would just like some più info

In 3x05: The Double Blind Job Parker gets jealous of one of the people they help because of how much attention Hardison pays to her. At the end she goes to tell him how she feels but backs out at the last moment and says she likes Pretzels which he knows is him. Then in 3x16 The San Lorenzo Job Parker says to Hardison that she was in the mood for pretzels. In 4x01 the two have a short conversation at the end in which Parker says "you know this isn't going to be normal" and Hardison risposte that normal is whatever feels right. . .hope that answered the question.
