I am not biased in this I Amore them both.
Its going to be hard to compare the two greatest libri and movie series ever made. Although I will try anyway!
MOVIES
1. Grossing- Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows made 1.328 Billion Dollars. Lord of the Rings: Return of the King made 1.119 Billion Dollars. Potter wins this round!
2. Scenes- Harry Potter had really great scenes. Such as the battle between Dumbledore and Voldemort in the OotP o the Battle of Hogwarts in the DH. LotR also has great scenes such as the battle of Helms Deep, Pelennor Fields, and when Frodo throws in the ring. I think I'm going to have to give it to LotR just for the shear magnitude and epicness of it all.
3. Acting- Both Film cast gave it there all. I could always feel there emotion. I cried with them, laughed with them, and made the journey with them. I'm going to say its a tie between them!

BOOKS.
1.Creativity- JKR created a secret society and carefully placed it into ours. She brought back old legends and created new ones. She made us believe in magic, which was a great feat. But JRR created an ENTIRE world. He made languages, histories, secrets, treasures, creatures, and all from one line he wrote on a blank paper. "In a hole in the ground, there lived a Hobbit". I'm going to go with JRR on this one.
2. Writing- Both libri have excellent writing. Its pretty hard to compare them, I could only think of one thing. Description. JRR was sometimes a little over descriptive. It sometimes made it harder to keep Leggere for me. But JKR gives us just the amount of information we need at that moment. I'm going to give this to JKR.
3. Character Development- These authors did very well with character development. At the beginning of Harry Potter, Harry is just this naïve little troublemaker with a knack for dangerous situations. But as he matures he learns of his destiny to destroy Voldemort, and when he finally fulfills that destiny, he gets the happiness and peace he never had as a child. While in the beginning of LotR Frodo is a carefree, funloving Hobbit. But as he journeys out through his dangerous quest he has to fight against Gollum and the rings corruption, and the evil of Sauron. When he finally casts the ring in the fuoco he is a changed hobbit, his old self was left on the journey. Both authors display this almost perfectly so it is a tie
In my eyes they tie for both Film and books. te may have different visualizzazioni but one thing te cant deny is that these will be a part of us forever and to future generations.

If te would like to add anything o say who te think would win commento please! This is my first post so any feedback will also be appreciated!

Chapter 8: Fluffy The Frightening Fluffball

After flying lessons I was able to find Harry.I ran up to him and hugged him so hard I almost knocked him down.
"What's this for?" he asked. I let go.
"I thought te were gonna be expelled!" I said. Then I punched him on the shoulder
"Ow!What was that for?"he asked
"That's for making me THINK te were gonna be expelled!"I detto "Please don't do anything like that again. And if you're not being expelled, then why did McGonagall need you?" I asked
"I promise I wont do anything to get me expelled and she wanted me to unisciti the Quidditch team.
"Quidditch?Oh,...

Tonks and her husband, Remus Lupin,
Tonks and her husband, Remus Lupin,
Nymphadora Tonks, better known as simply "Tonks", was killed on May 2nd, 1998, in the Battle of Hogwarts. She was battling alongside her husband, Remus Lupin.

Tonks is the daughter of Andromeda Tonks, formerly Black. Her mother had gotten away from her families ways. She was not a Death Eater and she did not believe in blood-purity; Tonks took after her mother in that way.

The first time we see Tonks she is helping to safely sposta Harry from the Dursleys house to 12 Grimmauld Place. That night she risked her life, but it was all for the cause. Tonks was both an auror and a member of the Order...

A Nerdy Throwdown

Leading up to tonight's premiere of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, it looked for a while like it was going to be all Twilight, all the time here at NewsFeed. But then a savior appeared on the horizon: the trailer for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, which would premiere before the film! A hubbub arose: Would Potter fan flood the Twilight theaters, perhaps starting a nerd rumble? (No, because that would be stupid. Also, because te can watch the trailer online.)
However, the fortuitous timing has inspired NewsFeed to take a side in the blood feud that has run for generations...

DOLOHOV
How now, spirit! Whither wander you?

GRAY LADY
Over hill, over dale,
Thorough bush, thorough brier,
Over park, over pale,
Thorough flood, thorough fire,
I do wander everywhere,
Swifter than the moon's sphere;
And I serve Hogwarts’ queen,
To dew her orbs upon the green.
The cowslips tall her pensioners be:
In their oro coats spots te see;
Those be rubies, fairy favors,
In those freckles live their saviors:
I must go seek some dewdrops here
And hang a pearl in every cowslip's ear.
Farewell, thou...

The Hogwarts kids aren't getting a summer vacation. Daniel Radcliffe and his crew of young wizards and witches have been jetting across the globe to promote "Harry Potter" film #6 — "The Half-Blood Prince" — and when they return to the U.K., they'll pick up filming the two-part franchise finale, "Deathly Hallows."
Away from the film set, though, and settled into their spree of red carpets and media interviews, the cast and crew were able to reflect on how they plan to bring a rewarding end to the decade-long film series and which "Deathly Hallows" scenes have them sweating under their...

After having a long discussion with my friend, I came across a pattern in the series. Is history repeating itself? and are the harry potter libri truly over? The normal font= the first war, and the italics= the secondo war. Read through the normal font first. Go back and read the italic font only. Then read them together. My theory will make sense (i hope)

First, Lord voldemort rises into power and harry's parents and others form The Order of the Phoenix
In the fourth book, voldemort rises into power and harry and others form Dumbledore's Army

Voldemort killes mudbloods and halfbreeds in the first...

I had a thought...

I'm sure I'm not the only one who is wondering how on earth Harry, Ron and Hermione could destroy all those horcruxes when Dumbledore, one of the greatest wizards ever almost died trying to destroy two of them.

And since Dumbledore and Harry really aren't the only ones who know about Voldemort's horcruxes, its possible that RAB has actually done the work for them without Voldemort realising it. Its possible that he actually destroyed all the horcruxes besides Nagini but somehow didn't live to tell anyone.

So the only horcrux that they would have to destroy would be the snake. Remember Voldemort only made Nagini a horcrux in Goblet of Fire. So she is at least one horcrux left that we know still exists.

I can't see Harry, Ron and Hermione managing to destroy 4 horcruxes without one of them dying o getting seriously injured. That could happen too however...

CAN'T WAIT TILL IT COMES OUT! 5 DAYS TO GO!
I Amore Hermione, Harry, Luna, Ron, Hagrid, Snape, Dobby and more. But loving these characters is kind of a common thing.. Some characters aren't loved, o treated the way they deserved to be. Here is a lista of underrated characters I absolutely love!

1- Fleur
In my whole life, I've never met a single Fleur fan expect me. Everyone thinks that she is just an arrogant Veela. Nobody looks at her personality, even not a bit. Firstly, Fleur is daring. She may look like one of those fragile girls, however she participated in the contest in "Goblet Of Fire" and was the only girl in it. She cares about...

Hello guys! I know I haven't been active lately, to make up to it, today I'm Scrivere an articolo I thought about a lot before. So in my last articles, I actually detto I disliked Ginny. As this articolo has some parts related to her, and I finally got the courage to talk why I dislike her, because many fan are respective towards other's opinions, thank te so much for that!

Through my journey of being a casual Harry Potter fan, I couldn't unsee a lot of unfair treatments towards many of the characters, groups etc. I want to state them clear in this article, so I made a lista for you.

1. First of all, Luna is so, very unique. That's a great quality to possess and I think that's why I Amore her so much, because she stands out.
2. Luna is a true Ravenclaw, underneath all that quirkiness, there is a layer of intelligence. She's the one who led Harry to the Grey Lady and she spoke the last words for Dobby.
3. No matter, how flawed te are, Luna will always see the good things about you.
4. Luna doesn't care what te think of her, she's different and proud of it. For example, she always wears her ravanello earrings and Spectra-specs, and she doesn't care if it looks odd.

Although Dobby was a smaller character we all must admit that we cried at his death. Unless we're heartless. Dobby was full of such life and kindness. He had such compassion for Harry and appreciated him. He wanted to save Harry because Harry had helped him which often put Harry in a worse place. Harry and Dobby eventually became Friends even though they weren't close at first. Dobby was da Harry's side throughout everything even when Harry didn't want him to be. Dobby had few close relationships. He had a very close one with Harry and he was still trying to find a way to thank Harry for freeing...
