Haven't seen it yet :(

A certain person's acting drives me crazy anyway, so I'll probablly have at least one issue with it. Plus I don't like new-Dumbledore as much as the old one :( and they miss stuff out and change stuff all the time.

See, I prefer new Dumbledore and he's way better in this film than Richard Harris ever could have been. But I won't say any more -- I don't want to spoil anything (yet) for anyone who hasn't seen it.

I am gonna see it tomorrow...unfortunatly I dont have a sitter for the kids to go today and they are too little for the movies (even though my daughter loves Harry Potter). But I am excited to see it!

i could talk all day about the things that pissed me off (like the complete exclusion of quidditch) but overall i was impressed with the darker older feel of the movie. it was refreshing. definitely worth seeing again... and again, and again.

It was amazing!! I like how it wasn't just a good Harry Potter movie. It was just a GOOD movie. It's totally unlike all of the other movies and it seems more booklike if that makes any sense at all. I was obviously dissapointed with stuff excluded but everyone's going to be. It was a great movie and the trio's acting: getting better and better.

PotterGal, same here. Feel free to rant and rave about OoP in the forum post link. Spoilers are allowed.

And if you now believe that Order of the Phoenix was your favorite Harry Potter movie, don't forget to vote (or want to change your answer to) for link.

*****SPOILER*****SPOILER*******SPOILER****

I didn't like the film, a lot of things were different wich really irritate me! Like Cho beeing the one why the army was discovered. And there was no mirror. And that the curse on sirius what avada kadavra (wich in the books it doesn't say wich curse is caused on sirius.) And the fact that the fight was so short. And I can go on a bit longer but I won't go on about. I hope other people will like the film. But for me it wasn't a good film.

It was wicked, best film so far, but I had to explain an awful lot of subtle things to benji (who has not read the books...yet) after the film.

I went to the movies with a cousin of mine who doesnt read the books and she kept asking me things through out the movie becuase she had no idea what was going on. They missed a lot of little things that i would have loved to have seen. I think after it comes out on dvd and I watch it a couple more times (which I am sure I will with my kids) I will learn to like it a lot more than I do right now

I judged it simply as a film and as a movie it is completely brilliant! Sure they cut out a bunch of stuff, but come on! Most of the stuff cut out was bulky and wouldn't have bode well within the context of film. Let's face it, not all things are as good on screen as they are in the books. This was an excellent film and had all the necessary facts and scenes from the books! :) My favorite one yet.

I liked it and I think it's the best HP film I've seen so far (I haven't seen GoF). They've got the whole dark atmosphere right and Bellatrix and Umbridge are absolutely AWESOME. Best HP characters on-screen. Luna's really good as well. I don't mind the changes and the stuff they cut out because they have to, otherwise it would be like 10 hours long. However...

*spoilers*

Sirius' death was way too fast. They rushed it and we didn't see any characters grieving. The prophecy was also rushed and the prophecy is one of the most important things in the books. I felt that they spent a lot of time trying to wow audiences with the fight at the Ministry rather than focusing on what is driving the characters. I remember in Fellowship of the Ring, there was a whole scene of characters on the ground crying for Gandalf and that was really touching. Also, there is like no chemistry between the trio. Every scene where they're alone their acting just feels awkward and kind of repetitive. I'm also concerned about viewers who haven't read the books, I'm not sure if they'd understand the things going on. But overall, it was pretty good and not really choppy

As a film it was good, I liked it. I had alot of problems, as always, with the things they leave out, or more importantly, they things that they ADD in, can't stand that, but generally I thought it was good, once I accepted that they couldn't make it the exact same as the book :)

It just went waaay too fast. Honestly, if you hadn't read the book it'd be damn confusing. Just flew through everything.

I didn't expect it to be amazing so I thought it was good, yet I also thought it would have been confusing if you haden't read the book.. my mom and sister were both completley confused with it.

The movie had too many things left out or changed. But, the book was my third favorite after my favorite Deathly Hallows and my 2nd favorite Half-Blood Prince.

Depends... is this question about the book or the movie?

The book: AMAZINGNESS!!
The movie: an extreme disappointment (though the acting wasn't bad)

Worst of the Harry Potter films. They should've kept the plot and lost the stupid montages and CGI clusterfucks.

For the most part I liked it! Imelda Stauntons acting as Umbridge was top notch, and I loved all the scenes with Bellatrix and Voldemort! The duel between Dumbledore and Voldemort was Freakin Awesome! The problems I had with it were they shortened it majorly, got rid of quidditch, took out a lot of the mayhem that Fred and George caused, and most of all the whole Department of Mysteries scene, where they made it take place in only 2 of the rooms, made the Death Eaters fly around as black clouds, and They failed to show the students being tooken out one by one till it was only Harry and Neville. But overall it was really good!
