Horcruxes are a very delicate subject at Hogwarts, owing to their evil nature. However, in light of recente events, I have prepared this lesson as a basic introduction.
Horcruxes are containers that hold part of a wizard's soul. Very few wizards who make a Horcrux make più than one. Lord Voldemort was alone in this respect. Dividing one's soul in half takes a terrible toll on thed wizard. Only the truly evil rip it più than once.
One makes a Horcrux da commiting an act of unspeakable evil. Usually this is murder.
Destroying a Horcrux is as hard as making it. It isn't enough to destroy the container...
