Anyone know of good horror Film WITHOUT POPOUTS?

I Amore horror movies, but I can't handle the pop outs due to bad anxiety, I don't care how scary they are just NO POPOUTS. And please don't commento about how every horror movie has pop outs, I have seen many many horror Film without them. Thanks.

Pretty sure they mean the moments when it's dead quiet and then "BOO!" Like the ending of the original F13 o the ending to the original Carrie those I guess are called "pop outs" I just call them "overused cop outs"
