New Line Cinema is already making a sequel to the very successful Nightmare remake, which will have Jackie Earle (Rorschach) Haley reprising his role as Freddy Krueger. It's rumored that it will be in 3D.

Jackie Earle Haley signed up to do three Nightmares. This means that after the secondo one, Jackie will return as Freddy for a third installment.
IT
That's right, in 2011 there's going to be a remake of Stephen King's "IT". The new "IT" will be più scary and gory. Who knows, Pennywise might actually be scary this time.
Child's Play
Brad Dourif will reprise his role as Chucky in the Child's Play remake, because "no one could fit the part like he could". The remake is scheduled for a release sometime in 2010 o 2011.
Puppet Master
Charles Band and Full Moon Features are going to remake their most popolare franchise; Puppet Master. It's going to be in 3D.
Hellraiser
A Hellraiser remake was scheduled to be released in 2012, without Doug Bradley, who detto that "not being picked to play Pinhead felt like a kick in the teeth". The writer dropped out for some reason, leaving the remake's future unknown.
Halloween 3
Rob Zombie is going to make third installment to his very successful (and very crappy) Halloween series.
