Today I discovered the magic of mudras ,they rock! :)
As per Eastern philosophies and culture and Yogic practices, 'Mudras' are systematic hand gestures.
The advantage is, te only need your fingers (which should be always with te anyways xD) and te can do the mudras almost everywhere, everytime. ^_^ That makes them so easy and they are also a great idea to do when te are bored because te are for example in the train o waiting for someone.

Some Western writers have defined 'Mudra' as mystic hand gestures used to focus subtle energy, transmit teachings through symbols and confer psychic protection....

So I decided to make a GIMP tutorial, hoping that it will be useful for you. I'm not really a Gimp specialist, but I've worked with that programm before I got Photoshop and there are some things I know that might be interesting for you.

So, first, GIMP can be downloaded for free.
