i read the series before i even knew that there was a movie coming out

WAYYYY before.

Back in 2003 when it first came out, someone from Schoolastic Canada came to my school and spoke about it (among other books). When the book fair that person was promoting happened, I bought a copy.

I only saw the movie because I love the book series.

way before the movie has the big storm from the wizard of oz and that dident happen in the book and fenigo did not invent unicorns he said opheres dod and flying monkeys weird!!

Growls at silly little wannabe fans who jumped on board as soon as it was a movie. Just kidding, it's all right. Just read the books too.

the movie was out when i read the sires and then i saw it but i don't know if that counts as a fan before but i choose that anyway

that movie was awesome, but i liked the series better although i watched the movie 8 times (not kidding!)

I think, the book was better~!

I didn't like the film. The books are much better. There were lots of important parts missing...
