for some reason every time i go into battle with a legendary pokemon it's shiny!

My brother finds all of the shiny pokemon on his game, not me...

Well, yes, but I got them from events. I don't know if they count. HOWEVER, I AM working on getting a shiny Rayquaza in SoulSilver. And my little brother somehow managed to get a level 100 shiny Japanese Deoxys off the GTS once O_O

Shiny Cresselia. I've never used her, so I'm giving her to my best friend as a Christmas present. I only ever used her as a trophy and my friend has promised to tell people she DIDN'T catch it. Not like she COULD, she plays HeartGold all the time.
