Okay so for those of you who don’t watch Gilmore Girls and therefore have no ideas why I’m freaking out:P here is whyXD OH but if you're planning on watching GG one day and don't want to get spoiled I guess don't read?? But I feel like these are things everyone basically already knows..so idk, whatever:P do what you wantXD

1) So in Gilmore Girls the biggest fan debate is probably who should Rory be with {Dean, Jess, or Logan} because they were her three relationships on the show and Rory actually ended the show single so who she ends up with was left open. But in the convention Matt Czuchry (Logan) and Jared Padeleki (Dean) both admitted that they were Team Jess<333 Matt even admitted that he honestly thinks Rory/Logan weren’t meant to be and better off as friends and Jared admitted that the second Jess came on the show he wished he could have played him and as a HUGE Jess fangirl<33 ldskfjkadsljfklads. LET’S JUST SAY I FREAKED OUT.

2) Edward Herman plays Richard Gilmore aka Lorelai’s dad and Rory’s grandfather. And he was really excited for the Gilmore Girls convention and he was even the first to RSVP to it and would constantly talk about it, but unfortunately he passed away before the convention could happen  But they made a Richard Gilmore montage and left an empty chair on the stage in honor of him♥ It was very bittersweet.

3) So when Gilmore Girls was on season 7 the cast and crew didn’t know if they were going to have a season 8 so season 7 was kind of left open. So loose ends were tied up but it was still left in a way so if there was going to be a season 8 they could definitely do it! So Luke/Lorelai basically kissed in the series finale and indicated that they had gotten back together, but it definitely wasn’t the reunion or the ending that the fans wanted (like seriously most fans had been rooting for these two since the pilot!) So Lauren (who plays Lorelai) basically expressed how she was upset with the way things were left and how she’s sure Luke/Lorelai are still together which makes me SO happy<33

4) Sfkldsjafkladsjfkljadsf. MY BABY KEPT HIS JACKET LIKE WHAT?? So Jess has this leather jacket that he always wore and his character is pretty famous for (kind of like P.Sawyer and her leather jacket….sorrrrrryyy had to make the comparison:P) and the fact that Milo actually kept the jacket I DIED. <3333

5) Lauren Graham was in two popular t.v. shows, Gilmore Girls and Parenthood and in both shows her relationship with her daughter got really famous and loved (even though Sarah/Amber and Lorelai/Rory had two VERY different relationships) so for the reunion Alexis and Mae met for the first time (I think?) and took cute pictures together and it was just adorable. Like as a huge Parenthood and Gilmore Girls fans I just about freaked out;)

BONUS: In season 7 the writer for Gilmore Girls left and was replaced with a new one and it was really obvious change because the writing, story lines, and just the way Gilmore Girls typically is drastically changed in this season. So when the cast was asked if they were ever disappointed with a script they received, Matt joked all of season 7:P and idk I just found that funnyXD
