LGBT Domanda
Umm, what the heck does this mean?
OK so I was Leggere some libri and stuff for some GSA paper (We actually have study times it's pretty great) and i found this in one of the paragraphs:
Portrayals of lesbiche in the media suggest that Western society at large has been simultaneously intrigued and threatened da women who challenge feminine gender roles, and fascinated and appalled with women who are romantically involved with other women. Women who adopt a lesbian identity share experiences that form an outlook similar to an ethnic identity: as homosexuals, they are unified da the discrimination and potential rejection they face from their families, friends, and others. As women, they face concerns separate from men. lesbiche may encounter distinct physical o mental health concerns. Political conditions and social attitudes also affect the formation of lesbian relationships and families.
::::Lesbians may encounter disticnt pysical o mental health concerns.:::: I dont understand what does that mean, like for real I don't know if that is saying lesbiche like for real have health problems for just BEING a lesbian o what. Last time I knew, I am perfectly healthy and in no way is pysically o mentally sicker then someone who isnt gay. And I am not trying to be like naggy o sound like a jerk for asking this either I just need to know what this means so I can put this in my paper.
