Last time we spoke to Liana Werner-Gray she was getting ready for her first feature film leading role as ‘Megan’ in ‘The Man In The Maze’ which shot in Alabama USA. Since then Liana has been working on numerous films after relocating to New York and creating a lifestyle of eating only foods naturally provided da the Earth for 365 days, a lifestyle which she called ‘The Earth Diet.’
Now people across the globe can take on The Earth Diet challenge for 9 o 21 days with a full recipe guide for quick and simple meals that come from ingredients naturally provided da the earth. “I work in Film & Televisione and I know how challenging it can be eating healthy natural foods with a busy schedule! So The Earth Diet is a lifestyle on how to do that in today’s face past world that comes with vending machines stocked with chemical laden products that tempt us! It is easier than I thought”. Liana shares her journey on a daily blog which has also become part of the Kora Organics website, a new organic skincare da Australian model Miranda Kerr.
We checked in with Liana this week...
What are te working on now?
I am currently in Australia working on a new Australian Televisione Series called ‘On the Course’. ‘On the Course’ is a Televisione series for viewers to improve their golf game.
What is your role on the show?
I am the Assistant Director and also the nutritionist of the mostra providing The Earth Diet healthy eating and exercise guide for the host and golf trainees.
Why is The Earth Diet different to every other diet?
It isn’t a ‘diet’. On The Earth Diet te do not deprive your body of anything; the idea is to indulge in everything the earth has to offer naturally. There are even natural alternatives to donuts, chocolate, cheesecake, pizza and burgers! I was addicted to sugar and Cioccolato before becoming sugar free on The Earth Diet and so I made it a priority to create authentic Cioccolato for example made from the cacao bean.
Do te like golf?
Yes. My Dad encouraged me go to golf lessons when I was younger and really didn’t enjoy it! I actually preferred to eat the Cioccolato bar as my reward after the class had finished! I am certainly glad now that I took part when I was younger and learned how to swing and now enjoy playing a game o going to the driving range for a few swings. I am grateful to be part of a production that will encourage others to get outside in the fresh air and play a sport that is both relaxing and physical. A huge part of health is moving the body.
‘On the Course’ will air on Australian TV in 2011.
