Okay, for one thing, does Kopa exist? Two, if he does, Vitani is too close to Zira. Even if Kopa and Vitani were friends, she would have to force herself to help kill him because she believes Simba killed Scar. Of course, she changed sides at the end, but Kopa would hate her.

Kopa and Vitani don't exist in each others stories. So it's impossible for them to become king and queen and besides Vitani would be much older than Kopa if Kopa was an official character. Kiara would also be older as well. If Disney excepted him then he would be born after TLK 2 events.
