Okay guys there is a difference between the two. Courting is where your serious and your looking for a husband/wife and are very serious about your relationship.
Dating, is where it's all for fun.

Courting is so much more than dating... To woo and to win, to do those special things that sometimes just dating can lack a lot of that special dance! Courting is a very special thing & my bf courted me before and then continued after he got me!

I was dating my girlfriend for almost two years, and we had plans to get married and everything.. Dating can be either fun/shortterm or more serious/longterm. Just depends on what you're looking for.

Yes, courting someone is really an old term & most people would not even know what that is, Sure dating can be very serious, but then, I think it is coupled with courtship at times in there too... just may not know it.

Why do people prefer just to date without a real purpose of loving them but using them, instead taking relationships seriously? That's BS for the ones who picked dating
