Inside the house
She went into his bedroom and got out a set of clothes and her pjs and her purse. She dialed Cory's number, hoping she'd answer. Until she picked up. "Hello?" she said. "Cory? It's Aislinn." "Hey girl! What te up to?" "Listen, I need to stay over at your house for tonight only." "Why?" "I'm about to tell Michael what happened with me and Rick..." "Oh god, girl. Ok, I'll get the letto set up for you." "Thanks. Bye." "Bye chicka!" Then they hung up. She sighed and wondered what she was gonna tell Michael. 'Should I tell him what happened that led up to it? o should I just not tell? I fear if I don't tell him, hes gonna get onto me for it and not want anything to do with me...and he'd hear it from Rick before his major concerto tour...' She was dozing off yet again and Michael entered the room. "You ready to go, Aislinn?" She turned to Michael. "Can we talk for a few minutes...there's più te need to know about what happened with me and Rick. Please?" Michael nodded and sat successivo to her on the bed. She sighed and told him almost everything, just not that she and Rick were almost married until she found out about another girl who was having his baby the giorno before their wedding. Michael looked at her in shock and stood up. "Come on, lets get te over to Cory's." She could tell he was a bit upset, but she did what she was told. They got out to the car and got in and drove off. Michael was silent and so was Aislinn. She looked down at her stuff and thought that maybe it was a bad idea to tell him that...and have that little argument with him about it.
At Cory's house
Michael stopped the car and turned to Aislinn. She was still looking down and looked like she was gonna cry. He looked at what she was looking at and saw what she was looking at. Her phone had a bunch of messages saying stuff like 'Oh he's not the one for you' and 'He's just like Rick. a major jerk.' from a bunch of random people that got her number. She didn't like mean messages and Michael knew it. Michael got out of the car and helped her out. "Come on, Aislinn. Let's get te inside her house." She put her phone in her borsa and grabbed her stuff and they walked up to Cory's door and knocked. Cory answered and saw her and Michael. "Why hello, Michael. Nice to see you- Aislinn? What's the matter, buddy?" Michael couldn't talk about it and Aislinn wasn't speaking at all. Cory got her inside and thanked Michael for bringing her there. He nodded and he went back to his car, took one last look at her, and started driving back to his house. Cory tried to get Aislinn to talk, but no luck. But, something did come out of her mouth after he left. "He and I had a fight..." Cory looked at her in shock. "What?! A fight? About what?" She looked at Cory. "About what I told him! I told him everything about me and Rick before this whole commotion happened! I blew up in his face and we didn't talk all the way here! I feel so dumb!" She buried her head in her hands, crying. Cory went to hug her and she hugged back, crying on her shoulder. Cory rubbed her back and tried to calm her down. "T-Then I got these mean messages about him on my phone..." She took out her phone and showed her the messages. Cory was in utter shock. "Oh my gosh...well, te know what I say?" Aislinn looked at Cory, wiping her tears, sniffling. "W-What?" "I say they don't know Michael like te do. He loves you, Aislinn, I can tell. Even when he's just a bit angry. He cares. Later tonight, give him a call. Ok?" Aislinn nodded, holding her head. "What's wrong, Aislinn?" "I have a headache." Cory giggled and went to get some aspirin and came back with a tablet and some water and had her take it. She took it and swallowed. "There, and in about 30 minutes, it should be gone." Aislinn nodded and waited patiently for her headache to go away.
Later that night
Aislinn got out of the bathroom in her pajamas Michael gave her the first night she stayed at his house. She sat on the letto in the guest room Cory had set up and it was about midnight. She couldn't sleep at all. Michael was on her mind. She got her phone out and dialed Michael's number. "Please pick up, Michael..." she whispered.
At Michael's house
Michael sat up in his bed. He couldn't sleep. He worried about Aislinn. He thought of calling her and saying he was sorry about the argument they had. Then his phone went off. It was Aislinn. He picked up. "Aislinn?? What are te doing calling this late?" He asked a bit worried. She spoke a bit softly on the other line. "I just wanted to say...I'm sorry, Michael. I'm sorry for blowing up in your face like that." Michael felt a tear fall down his cheek. "I'm sorry for our argument, Aislinn. I didn't mean to say that. It just came out. I was a bit mad. And I'm sorry for the silent drive on the way to Cory's. Look at us, we argued like adults, yet we apologize like little kids." "Yeah. Michael?" "Yes, Aislinn?" It was silent for a few seconds. "I Amore you." Michael went silent for a little while, but spoke up. "I Amore te more." "I got to go to sleep now. Night Michael. See te in the morning." "Good night, Aislinn." Then they hung up. Michael got a little smile on his face after that little talk with Aislinn. 'She detto 'I Amore you' to me. I'm glad. I think she is the right one for me.' He thought, placing his phone on his nightstand and laying down with his hands behind his head, looking up at the ceiling, closing his eyes, and drifting into a pleasant sleep.
At Cory's house
Aislinn smiled to herself. 'I told him...finally. I was wanting to get it out of my system. So that domanda I had earlier...could this be love? I think so now. I'm truly in Amore with him, the King of Pop...Michael Jackson.' She thought. She placed her phone on the nightstand and laid down and drifted into a really sweet sleep, dreaming about Michael.
The successivo morning
Aislinn woke up and started getting ready to head back to Michael's house. Tomorrow would be the last time she'd stay with him and she had to admit...she was a little sad. Cory walked into the room and saw Aislinn, wide awake. "What te happy about? I see a smile." She turned to Cory, still smiling. "I told him last night." "Told him what?" "That I Amore him." Cory was in shock. "You did?! Wow! That's amazing! What did he say?" "He detto 'I Amore te more'." Cory hugged her. "Awe! That's too cute! I'm so happy for you!" She hugged Cory back, giggling. Cory looked at her. "So, te ready to head back? I'll take te back there if te want me to." "Sure, thanks, Cory."
After about 10 minutes
They stopped at Michael's house, him standing in the front of the door, smiling. Aislinn got out of Cory's car, thanked her, took her stuff out, and ran to Michael. "Michael!" He opened his arms and she jumped into them and hugged him tightly. "Aislinn!" He nuzzled his face into her hair. She looked at him and he looked back at her. "I Amore you, Michael." He smiled. "I Amore you, too, Aislinn." She smiled. She took in a deep breath and exhaled it. "I feel like I'm home." She told him and he smiled for sure. "Certainly does feel like it, huh, sweetie?" She giggled. She didn't mind it now that he called her 'sweetie'. In fact, she loved it. Just as much as she loves Michael Joseph Jackson.
