they were actually going to use real horses,but because they were on such a small budget,they didnt want to pay to hire the horses,for the actors to learn how to ride,or hire stunt people to ride the horses instead of the actors! :D

actually,its way better they had a small budget.otherwise it would be too realistic and lose the funny side about the movie :)
